Grief & Loss Support Groups

Hospice of Health First and Bright Star Center for Grieving Children & Families offer a variety of support groups for individuals grieving the loss of a loved one. To determine a group that is a good fit for you, please contact our Bereavement Department and a licensed social worker will guide you through the process.

NewFit Surgical Weight Loss Support Group

Our groups offer support, guidance and education for those who have had or are considering weight loss surgery.

Whether you’re a stroke survivor or a caregiver, we all need a place where others understand. That’s why we offer a Stroke and Aneurysm Support Group at Health First. Here, you can connect with others facing the same questions and challenges. The journey is easier when we take it together.
